  2. Your reservation price varies depending on reservation duration or number of people, staying in apartment. After you have inserted the needed date into searcher and have selected the suitable apartment, under your selected apartment you would notice the relevant price. Price is stipulated by the number of persons, staying at apartment.

  3. We have kids. Is it possible to have additional beds or cribs?

  4. We suggest selecting apartment with corresponding to your needs accommodation facilities for maximum persons numbers. About possibility to get infant’s crib you can find out in each apartment’s enlarged section of “Accommodation description”.

  5. How would I find out, if near the apartment is parking space and how much it costs?

  6. Search this information in apartment’s enlarged description section “Additional services”. If, there is no such information, please, get in touch with our customers’ service team and we clarify the situation with apartment owners.

  7. Where can I find out apartment’s precise address, owner’s phone number and/or e-mail address?

  8. After accomplishing reservation, we shall send apartment’s address, owner’s phone number and his e-mail address.

  9. How can I renounce or change my reservation?

  10. To make changes in reservation you can by calling or sending e-mail message to our customers’ service team. One can renounce reservation in accordance with our renunciation rules, with which you can get acquainted in the Paragraph 4 of the section “Rules”. But one has to note that with different owners “Rules of reservation renunciation” might be different and these precise rules you will receive to your e-mail after reservation confirmation, but before accomplishing payment.

  12. Price includes all accommodations, described in enlarged sections “Service” and “Accommodation”. About the rest, not included into description, it is to be arranged separately, e.g. “transfer from airport, parking place etc.

After accomplishing reservation, the selected by you apartment is at once secured and is not available to anybody else. After accomplishing reservation, to your e-mail you will receive invitation to pay certain deposit amount through PayPal payment system. PayPal is considered to be the safest payment system in the world. PayPal offers different payment opportunities, by credit cards, debit card and money transfer. You can choose the most convenient way. Having paid deposit, reservation process is completely finished and you’ll receive to your e-mail voucher with all necessary information.

    If you have choosen the apartment marked with \\\\\\\"Available upon request\\\\\\\" in 12 hours you will receive booking confirmation or we will offer you simmilar apartments as in case if particular apartment will be busy.
